Mandy oversees API's work across all regions, bringing over 20 years of experience in campaigns, policy, animal welfare regulation, and international advocacy.

At her previous role at Compassion in World Farming, Mandy led the End the Cage Age European Citizens' Initiative - one of the most successful citizen-led policy campaigns in EU history, which secured a commitment from the European Commission to phase out cages and apply equivalent standards to imports.
